CLAAS importer Harvest Machinery Ireland organised a working demonstration of CLAAS tractors and grassland machines on Wednesday 8th October, showing all the latest CLAAS products on offer from CLAAS for 2009 season, including for the first time seen in Ireland the world’s largest self-propelled mower the CLAAS Couger, and the New Axos range of tractors.
A big square 30 acre meticulously maintained field in Balrath County Meath, was chosen for its ease of access and its excellent high quality crop of 5th cut grass, which was ready for harvesting to supply the factory of McAuley’s Dried Grass Feeds the land owners.
The rain free event was held in ideal conditions considering the weather before the event, and with the planning for this day taking place from early August, everything was in place for an excellent day out for all those attending.
