THE NEW HOLLAND
This new film The Big New Holland Vol 1 is a film that we at CMC Country have been asked many times to make and now that we have got it made we enjoyed the people that we have met on our journey.
So now we will tell you the story as we travel over to Scotland and meet up with local agri-contractor Alistair Howie from in Sauchen in Aberdeenshire who has a fleet of New Holland tractors and we follow him all the year round and see him up in that lovely part of the country.
Over across also in Co. Antrim we look in on David Porter contracts from Lisburn as the move in with a fine fleet of New Holland’s and all the silage equipment one of the finest in the country and see them in action at a farm up near the Glens of Antrim.
Also in Co. Antrim we travel across to Clover Peat to meet Derek and his team in their New Holland’s lifting peat and taking it into the factory where they leave it ready for their customers all over the world.
Then after going back over to Scotland again we see Alistair Howie bringing in the silage.
After that it’s our last call to John Dan O’Hare’s at Annaclone near to Banbridge in Co Down were John Dan is just getting ready for to cut the harvest and he has lined up seven New Holland combines to cut a couple of fields beside his own yard just before the head to all the different farms around the country.
Avery unique piece of footage never seen before with the lovely backdrop of the Mountains of Mourne in the background.
